B.TECH - Mechatronics Engineering

Mechatronics engineering is an interdisciplinary field that combines mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer science to design and develop intelligent systems and products that integrate mechanical components, electronics, control systems, and computer programming. The course integrates knowledge and principles from mechanical, electrical and computer science engineering. It combines mechanical design and analysis, electronics and electrical systems, control theory, robotics, automation, and software development.

 

Course duration: The UG degree in Mechatronics engineering is for 4 years from any university in the country for 10+2 students and is  3 years for Diploma graduates.

Eligibility & AdmissionEligibility for B.E./B.Tech:

  • Candidates who wish to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering at the bachelor's level must have completed class 12 and achieved an average grade point average of 50%.
  • The candidate must have studied mathematics, physics, and chemistry, which will all be beneficial in this course. 
  • The Students must have qualified in any one entrance exam: JEE/BITSAT/COMEDK/ WBJEE.
