Eligibility Criteria

Under-Graduate

• Passed in Second PUC/12th standard/10+2/A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with English as one of the Languages and obtained a minimum of 50% of Marks.
• Vijaybhoomi University conducts the Vijaybhoomi Scholastic Aptitude Test (VUSAT) in order to offer students admission to various undergraduate.

Post-Graduate

• Students must have graduated from any recognized University with an aggregate of 50% marks and above in Any Stream.
• Students must have a clear 60% of any one of these JEE Main, MHT CET.

• Students have to take the VUSAT test and Face the Interview.

Doctoral Programs

• Pass with 55% aggregate marks or equivalent marks prescribed by UGC in Master's degree, 2 years or 4 semesters Master's degree after 3 years of Bachelor's or equivalent in the relevant subject.

Foreign Students / Non-Resident Indians / SAARC Nationals / Overseas Citizens of India Admissions       

• All Foreign / NRI / NRI Sponsored admissions to UG & PG programs will be on a first-cum-first-serve merit basis, subject to the candidate’s performance in the 10+2 (for UG programs) / Bachelor Degree (for PG programs) of India or equivalent examination. 
• NO entrance examinations are required for this program.

Admission & Selection Process

The admission and selection process at Vijaybhoomi University (VU) for different programs varies depending on the program to which you are applying. 

For some programs, such as the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) program, VU requires applicants to take an entrance exam called the Vijaybhoomi Scholastic Aptitude Test (VUSAT). The VUSAT is a computer-based test that assesses students' quantitative, verbal, and reasoning skills.

For other programs, such as the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, VU requires applicants to have a valid GMAT or GRE score.

Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

• Applicants must have passed the 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks in Math, Physics, and Chemistry.
• Applicants must also take and pass the VUSAT.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Applicants must have passed the 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks in any stream.

• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Scholarships

The following Scholarships are offered to eligible students.

• Scholarship for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)

Requirement: The income criteria for EWS that the family income must be below Rupees 8 lac per annum.

The candidate must be a resident of Maharashtra.

The candidate should have undergone the VU selection process

The scholarship will be 100%

• Merit Scholarship

Requirement: The candidate should have undergone the VU selection process.

Earned qualifying marks prescribed for the merit scholarships.

The merit scholarships will be equivalent to 50% of the tuition fee.

Vijaybhoomi University Placement:

The University has a strong track record of placement for its students. In 2022, the average placement salary for VU graduates was Rs. 5.5 lakhs per annum. The highest placement salary offered to a VU graduate in 2022 was Rs. 12 lakhs per annum.

VU has a dedicated placement cell that works with students to prepare them for job interviews and placement tests. The placement cell also liaises with companies to arrange for placement interviews and internships for students.

Campus Hiring Process:

Vijaybhoomi University (VU) has a robust campus hiring process in place. The placement cell at VU works closely with companies to identify and arrange for placement interviews and internships for students.

The campus hiring process at VU begins in the second semester of the final year of a student's program. The placement cell will release a list of companies that will be visiting the campus for placement interviews. Students can then register for the interviews of the companies that they are interested in.

The placement cell will also conduct a number of pre-placement training sessions to help students prepare for the interviews. These sessions will cover topics such as resume writing, interview skills, and career planning.
