Eligibility & Admissions at Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research: 

Eligibility Criteria

  1. For BBA, BCA, BSc, and Bcom: The candidate has to pass the 10+2 examination from the recognized board and then have a Personal interview.
  2. For MBA: The applicant should be a graduate with at least 50% marks. They qualify for entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, KMAT, or Karnataka PGCET and then have a personal interview.
  3. M.Com: The candidates seeking to get admission to the course of M.Com should have passed the B.Com, BBM, BBA, or related courses from a University. Aggregate score of 50% or more is usually needed in the qualifying degree and then have a personal interview.

Admission and Selection Process

The admission process for AIMSR involves multiple steps:

  1. Application: Eligible candidates submit an online application through the institute's portal.
  2. Entrance Exam: For an MBA, the score of competitive exams like CAT, MAT, or CMAT is considered. For undergraduate courses, admission is mainly provided based on merit.
  3. Interview: After shortlisting, the candidates may be called for an interview or group discussion round, mainly for the MBA course
  4. Final Selection: Based on the academic records, scores obtained in the entrance test, and performance in the interview if conducted, the final merit list of selected candidates is prepared.
