Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate

• Candidates for B.Tech must have completed intermediate school with at least 50% of the required marks from a recognized board, with PCM and English as the two required disciplines.
• Candidates for BA LLB (Hons) must have completed intermediate school with at least 50% of the required marks from an accredited board.
• Candidates for the BBA LLB (Hons) program must have completed intermediate school with at least a 50% grade from an accredited board.
• Candidates for LLB (Hons) must have completed intermediate school from a recognized board with at least a 50% grade point average.
• Candidates for the BBA program must have completed intermediate school with at least a 50% grade from an accredited board.
• Candidates for B.Com. must have completed intermediate school from a recognized board with at least 50% of the required marks.
• Candidates for B.Sc. must have completed intermediate in the PCB stream from an accredited board with at least 50% of the required marks.
• Candidates for the B.Optom program must have completed intermediate school in the PCB stream with at least a 50% grade from an approved board.
• Candidates for the B.Des program must have completed intermediate school with at least a 50% grade or possess a diploma in any specialty from a state or federally recognized institution with at least a 50% grade.
• Candidates for BHM must have completed intermediate school from a recognized board with at least a 50% grade.

Postgraduate

• Candidates for the M.Tech degree must have earned at least a 55% grade point average in BE or B. Tech in the appropriate field from an accredited university.
• Candidates for the M.Arch degree must have earned a B.Arch from an accredited university with at least a 50% grade point average.
• Candidates for an MBA program must have earned a minimum of 50% on their transcripts from an accredited institution.
• Candidates for the M.Sc. degree must have graduated from an accredited university with an M.Sc. in a related field.
• Candidates for M.Optom must have completed a B.Optom from an accredited university.
• Candidates for the MPH degree must have completed a B.Sc. in any specialization from a reputed university.
• Candidates for LLB must have received at least 50% in their BA, BBA, B.Sc., B.Tech., B.Com., LLB, or LLB from an accredited university.

Scholarships 

Merit Scholarships 

Scholarships will be given out starting in the second semester based on academic performance from the previous semester and other eligibility requirements, which are as follows:

•  100% of the semester's fee will be waived for students with an SGPA of 9.5.
• SGPA 9.0-9.49 from the previous semester: 75% of the semester fee.
•  SGPA of 8.75 to 8.99 from the previous semester: 50% of the semester fee.
• SGPA of 8.25 to 8.74 from the previous semester: 25% of the semester's fee

Hostel

Sushant University offers top-notch on-campus dorms for boys and girls students separately, with triple occupancy. Elevators are on six of the floors. A well-equipped gymnasium, a common room for indoor games, and a meeting space for parents are also present. Excellent living circumstances are offered by the hostels, including round-the-clock security, backup power, appropriate water supply, safe drinking water, sanitary cuisine, sports and fitness facilities, and a pleasant atmosphere. At the time of admission, the code of behavior is explained to the potential residents.

Sports

Students and professors at Sushant University have access to cutting-edge sporting facilities where they can play for recreation and health or practice competitive sports. All pupils are encouraged to take part in at least one sport that interests them. You can do everything there, including train for competitive events, try a new hobby, and improve your health!

A well-lit sports complex with two tennis courts, one basketball court, two volleyball courts, and cricket nets is one of the amenities for sports. In addition, there is a football field that doubles as a cricket field.

Sports competitions between colleges are frequently held. The hopefuls can receive instruction from coaches and instructors in the sports of their choice.

Art & Culture

SPIC MACAY programs, Annual Cultural Festival, Festival celebrations, observing National Education Day, and a Freshmen's and Farewell Party are two recurring annual events on campus that enhance the energy there. The Sushant School of Art and Architecture hosts the North Zone program for the prestigious Annual Awards Program for Excellence in Architectural Thesis organized by the Council of Architecture (COA) and the National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA). This is an annual event conducted to identify the best thesis projects of undergraduate students of architecture in India. The awards program showcases the best students’ design works from across the country.SU patronizes the Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth (SPICMACAY). The renowned maestros have already given several performances as a part of SPICMACAY's Lec-Dem (Lecture-Demonstration) series.

Security

The safety of the faculty, staff, and students is of the utmost importance. The University makes sufficient arrangements to ensure everyone's safety and security on campus. With multiple cameras set at key points throughout the campus, CCTV surveillance covers the entire area, enabling security staff to monitor behavior both on campus and in the immediate area. The University's two gates are always being watched over. Seven switching machines control the students' entry and leave using smart cards given to all legitimate students. Only authorized cars are permitted entry into the premises.
