Eligibility Criteria

Under-Graduate
B.Tech (All Specializations)

  • Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies and obtained at least 60 % in the above subjects taken together
  • Candidates must have qualified JEE (Main) B.E./B. Tech 2023 or SPSAT 2023

BCA(Data Science/AI and ML) / B.COM / BBA

  • Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least  50 % marks
  • Candidate must have qualified SPSAT 2023

B.Des

  • Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 50 %
  • Candidate must have passed UCEED/ SPSAT 2023

Post-Graduate
M.Sc

  • Bachelor degree in Science with at least 50 % marks and Physics as one of the majors from any recognized University

  • Candidate must have qualified CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT/SPSAT 2022 or any equivalent state level entrance exam for MBA

M.Tech

  • Passed or appeared for final year examination bachelor degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from University recognized by UGC, with at least 50% marks
  • Candidate must have passed GATE 2022 /SPSAT 2022

Doctoral

Ph.D.

  • Passed or appeared for the final year examination master degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from a University recognized by UGC, with at least 55% marks.
  • Candidate has qualified UGCET/SPSU Selection Test (NET qualified candidates will be exempted from SPSU Selection Test)


Admission Process

  • SPSU conducts SPSAT (Sir Padampat Singhania Admission Test ). The admission to all courses at SPSU is based on the student performance in SPSAT.
  • For UG admissions, candidates must have completed Class 12 in a relevant stream with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • For PG admission, candidates must have done graduation in the relevant discipline

SPSU has a 110-acre Clean and green campus located in Udaipur, the City of Lakes. 1/4th of the campus is covered with fifty different types of trees and shrubs and a 10-acre herbal park contributing towards the preservation of climate conditions and adding beauty to the campus.

Hostel & Accommodation: SPSU has 6 boys hostels and 3 girls hostels. A total of 2000 seats (Hostel & Faculty Residences) are provided with internet, telephone, TV connectivity, RO water, standby power backup, and security. Medical Facilities: A functional dispensary with a resident medical attendant is available 24 X 7 in the University premises to provide medical aid to the residents. 24 X 7 Ambulance is available to attend to emergencies.

24*7 Wifi enabled Campus: The University provides a 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi network with high-speed internet to all students and faculty members through the SWAYAM platform and creates a digital campus with Wi-Fi facilities.

ATM: A Bank of Baroda ATM at the university entrance facilitates easy access to Bank Accounts.

Waste Management: 3 STPs of a total of 450 KLD provide manure and water for landscaping.
