Eligibility Criteria

Under Graduate

MBBS/B.Sc Nursing/BPT/Allied Health

• Students must be 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year.
• Students must secure a minimum of 50% in PCB. In the case of SC/ST students, 40 % and 45% for OBC. 
• For MBBS, Appearing in the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET-UG) is mandatory.
• For B.Sc Nursing, Appearing in the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET-UG) and KCET  is mandatory.
• For BPT, Appearing in the Common Entrance Test (CET) is Mandatory.

Post Graduate

MD/MS

• Students seeking admission must have earned an MBBS from a recognized university. 
• For MD/MS, Appearing in the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET-PG) is mandatory.

Admission & Selection Process:

• Admission to various programs at RRMCH is made based on the candidate’s performance in Entrance Exams.

• The students should have scored minimum qualifying marks in the NEET entrance examination for further admission process.

UG & PG

• All the seats, including the NRI and Management quota, will be allocated based on merit through counseling conducted by KEA.

Scholarships

Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital (RRMCH) offers a number of scholarships to meritorious and deserving students. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic performance, entrance exam scores, and other factors.

• National Medical Council (NMC): Awarded to students who have scored high in the NEET exam and belong to certain disadvantaged groups.
• Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR): Awarded to students who are interested in pursuing research in medicine.

RRMCH has a 25-30 acre campus which is set in a beautiful lush green environment with high-tech infrastructure and innovative facilities that are essential for student's growth and development.

• Residential Facilities: The college provides separate hostel facilities for men and women, with well-furnished rooms that come equipped with attached bathrooms. A round-the-clock hygienic mess facility is also available for the residents. On-campus accommodation is available to outstation students in four spacious hostels. The hostels are further divided into separate UG and PG sections for boys and girls, accommodating up to 2500 students with a choice of individual and shared rooms. 
• Central Library: ??The Central Library, which spans an area of approximately 1200 square meters, houses an extensive collection of over 22,000 books covering various subjects in medical and allied health sciences. • Skill LAB: The Skill Lab helps students to get relevant skills and they are trained, given repeated practices, and evaluated until they meet the required minimum standard for patient treatment.
• Auditorium: RajaRajeswari Medical College & Hospital boasts a well-equipped auditorium with a seating capacity for over 500 people.
