Introduction
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2025 will be conducted in May 2025. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has released the JEE Advanced 2025 guidelines and eligibility criteria on the official website. The Reservation quota figures have also been shared. A total of 250,000 aspirants will be selected based on the JEE Advanced 2025. For more information on JEE Advanced 2025, aspirants can visit the official website– jeeadv.ac.in.
As per the guidelines released by IIT Kanpur, the number of attempts for JEE Advanced has been increased. Students are now allowed to give a total of three attempts.
The Eligibility Criteria for the JEE Advanced 2025 have been given below–
? Candidates must be born on or after 1 October 2000. SC, ST, and PWD candidates will get a relaxation of 5 years of age.
? Students who have passed the 12th board exam in 2023, 2024, and 2025 can appear in JEE Advanced-2025. However, they must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12.
? Students who have appeared in the 12th class exam under the academic session 2021-22 and whose result was declared after 21 September 2022, are also eligible for the JEE Advanced 2025.
