The Karnataka Examinations Authority has released the mock and first allotment schedule on the official website today i.e 9 November 2024. Eligible candidates are supposed to submit their choices from October 30 through the website. As per the Karnataka PGCET Counselling dates 2024, the last date to submit the choices was November 8. The mock allotments are released based on the choices filled by the candidates. Candidates have the opportunity to make changes to the choices filled for the final seat allotment process. Now candidates can edit, delete, add their choices after the mock allotments are released. The changes applied by the candidates will be considered by the officials to prepare the Karnataka PGCET Round 1 Seat Allotment 2024.
Candidates are advised to follow a detailed schedule for Karnataka PGCET Counselling Dates 2024 for mock allotment and Round 1 allotment :

Candidates are advised to fill out their choices carefully and submit them before the last date in order to be considered for the mock allotments. If candidates are not satisfied, then they can apply for changes. The final seat allotment will be released and candidates shall accept their seats. After the allotment process as per their Choices 1 and 2 and fees should be paid as a last process before getting admission.Candidates allotted their first choices must report to the allotted institute in person and carry their verification slip, along with other documents.
As per the draft seat matrix, KEA indicated a total vacancy of 49,286 seats across all the courses. MBA had 30,739 seats, while MCA had 12888 seats. However, with the latest release of the PGCET MCA seat matrix for the first admission round, KEA has notified 9165 seats for admissions across the state.
