Introduction
The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) is all set to introduce its new campuses in Mumbai, Amravati, and Delhi. The Amravati Campus will be focusing on international collaborations, and the Mumbai Campus will focus on finance courses. An automobile institute is being planned for the Delhi Campus.
XLRI, founded in 1949, is India's oldest business school. Recently, it celebrated its platinum jubilee. On completing 75 years, the institute is planning to open new campuses in Mumbai, Delhi, and Amravati for Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs.
In 2023, XLRI collaborated with Tata Steel Foundation to launch a unique one-year postgraduate certificate program in corporate social responsibility leadership. The XLRI Leadership Education and Development (XLEAD) was also registered
last year. A Skill Development Cell (XLRI- SDC) was created in June 2023 to commemorate 75 years of the renowned business institute.
“It is XLRI's livelihood mission to mark 75 years. Through this, we aim to go back to the roots and relive the original dream of the institute's founding fathers, " says XLRI Jamshedpur.
Recently, XLRI collaborated with IAE Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France for dual-degree programmes with specializations in healthcare and analytics, a master's in business analytics, and a double master's in social entrepreneurship and innovation, international business, and human resource management. The institute has also introduced various Xavier Online Learning Programs and inaugurated the Center for Public Policy and Public Affairs.
