CAT 2024 Admit Card Available: Exam Pattern and Timings
Introduction
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta released the CAT 2024 Admit Cards yesterday, ie., 5 November 2024. The Common Entrance Test (CAT) 2024 Admit cards have been released on the official website. To download, visit iimcat.ac.in.
The exam date is 24 November 2024, and it will be an online exam. It will be conducted in exam centres in 170 cities in the country.
There will be three shifts:
- 8:30 am to 10:30 am
- 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
- 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
CAT 2024 Exam Pattern
The CAT 2024 will be divided into a total of three sections-
- Verbal Ability and Reading
- Comprehension (VARC)
- Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)
- Quantitative Aptitude (QA)
A total of 66 questions will be asked in the CAT 2024 Exam. The exam carries a total of 198 marks, each question carries 3 marks. 3 marks will be given for each correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
How to Download CAT 2024 Admit Card?
Follow the given steps to download the CAT 2024 Admit Card–
- Candidates will have to visit the official website– iimcat.ac.in.
- On the homepage, click on the 'CAT 2024 admit card' link.
- Log in using your credentials and submit.
- Your CAT 2024 Admit Card will appear on the screen. You can download and print it for future reference.
CAT 2024 Documents Required
Candidates must carry the following documents for the CAT 2024 Exam–
- CAT 2024 Admit Card: It is advised to carry two copies of the Admit card for the CAT 2024 Exam to avoid any inconvenience.
- Passport-size photograph: Candidates are advised to carry an extra Passport-size photograph to avoid any inconvenience.
- Photo ID proof: Candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof along with the CAT Admit Card.
