CTET 2024 Exam Expected on December 14-15: CBSE May Extend to Two Days
According to the official notice issued by CBSE, “The Central Teacher Eligibility Test for December 2024 exam which was going to be conducted on December 1, 2024, has now been extended to December 15, 2024 because of some administrative reasons. In cities with a high number of candidates, the exam may also be conducted on December 14, 2024.”
The application form for CTET2024 was available from September 17, 2024 to October 16, 2024. The CTET notification 2024 was released on September 17, 2024 and BBdates related to the application process, admit card and exam are mentioned in the official notification.
Exam Guidelines and Certificate Validity
The certificate for CTET is valid for a lifetime by allowing candidates to apply for teaching positions in various schools of India. To qualify in the exam, candidates have to score at least 60% marks. The exam will be conducted in 136 cities nationwide.
Candidates are advised to carry their admit cards during the CTET 2024 exam. Candidates should report to the exam centre 120 minutes before the continuation of the examination. The name and address of the CTET exam centre 2024 are going to be mentioned on the admit card. To download the CTET admit card 2024, a candidate should have the fill the following details:
- Username/ Registration Number
- Password/ Date of Birth
