CA Foundation, Inter Results 2024 Declared: Check Cutoffs and Toppers Now
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has released the results for CA Foundation and CA for the September 2024 session today i.e October 30. Candidates who have appeared for these exams in September can see their CA results 2024 on the official website at icai.nic.in. The pass percentage of CA Foundation 2024 is 19.67% and the pass percentage for both groups is 5.66%.
According to the statistics, 3 women have secured the first 3 positions i.e
- Parami Umesh Parekh secured the first rank
- Tanya Gupta is in second place and
- Vidhi Jain stands in third position
Announcing the CA Inter 2024 toppers, Dhiraj Khandelwal, central council member of ICAI stated, "The CA Intermediate results are out, and there’s a historic moment to celebrate this time, all three top rankers are women. It is said to be a powerful sign of how the profession is shifting. Currently, women are about 30% of ICAI’s members, and this number is expected to increase by 50% in the next five years. The progress was remarkable in 2008 containing about 8,000 female members. By 2018, that number had risen to 80,000, and today, it has surpassed 125,000."
The ICAI CA Foundation exams 2024 were held on September 13, 15, 18, and 20 this year and were conducted in two groups:
- Group 1 on September 12, 14, and 17, and
- Group 2 on September 19, 21, and 23, 2024.
The CA September 2024 results will also be available on other ICAI official websites like
- icai.org, icai. nic.in,
- icaiexam.icai.org, or
- caresults.icai.org.
The ICAI has announced that starting from June 2024, CA Intermediate and Foundation exams will be conducted three times a year which was started in May or June, September, and January. However, the CA Final exams are going to be conducted twice annually in May and November.
According to the CA May 2024 Intermediate results, a total of 59,956 candidates have appeared for both Group 1 and Group 2 exams of which 11,041 qualified, resulting in an overall pass rate of 18.42%.
