IIM Trichy Launches 7th Batch of Executive General Management Programme
Introduction
The Indian Institute of Management - Trichy (IIM-T) launched the seventh batch of its Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Executive General Management. Held on 19 October, the launch included guests like Shridhar Paidichetty, Senior Vice-President and Global Head of Client Lifecycle Management Operations at Standard Chartered Global Business Services.
This is a one-year learning program that has been designed for working professionals, to train them in the field of management. This will help them enhance their skills while working. There are 84 members in the new batch, each having seven years of experience in their respective fields. These professionals come from different industries and regions of the country. The diversity in their professional backgrounds is expected to be useful for collaborative projects in future.
“This programme can serve not just as an educational platform but also as a space to identify and recruit talent”, said Paidichetty in his inaugural address. He emphasised how the program can be a great way to network with faculty, industry leaders, alumni, and peers. He also talked about thinking strategically and diversity in a business environment.
The Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Executive General Management aims to equip participants with modern-day management concepts, practical skills, and real-world applications. IIM-T strives to develop well-rounded future leaders by providing both practical and theoretical learning experiences to the students.
