Every student in India dreams of doing a B-tech from IIT, and for this, they used to work hard day and night to clear the JEE exam. Two sessions are conducted every year for this exam one in January and one in April. Many students are still deciding whether to appear for both sessions or just one.
The main reason for conducting two JEE Main tests is to provide students with more chances to improve their scores. If they don't perform well in the first session, they can try again in the second. As a result, mistakes can be corrected and students are not under as much pressure.
Here are some points that tell about the advantages of appearing in both seasons:
It’s a good decision to attend both JEE Main sessions. It gives students an extra chance to improve their JEE Mains score which automatically will help them in their selection. If they score less in session 1 no need to worry session 2 gives a second chance to improve the score. JEE Mains takes the best score from sessions 1 and 2.
But if the student scored well in session 1 and is satisfied with their result then no need to give the session 2
