OJEE Alerts Candidates Amid Cyclone Dana: Report by October 26 for MBBS, BDS Counselling

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authorities have suggested the candidate, registered in MBBS/BDS counseling till round 3, report physically to their final allotted colleges between October 24 and 26.

In the latest notification, the OJEE said, “All candidates who reported up to the 3rd round can now check the upgrade round results. Candidates can download their final allotment letter and visit their allotted college from October 24 to October 26, 2024. Candidates who upgraded their seat  must bring a new bond when reporting to their final college.”

“Same, the Candidate who got the seat in the third round  of  the upgradation must report at OJEE Cell Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on October 26 between 10 AM and 4 PM) mandatorily, otherwise allotment will be denied and the vacant seat will be considered for the stray vacancy round counseling,” written in the notification

It is also written in notification "All Deans and Principals of the colleges are asked to arrange for students to come in person and finish their admission steps. Please plan the reporting with Cyclone 'DANA' in mind to ensure everyone's safety."
