JEE Main 2025: NTA will release the JEE Mains notification soon, Check the latest Update
Here is the good news for the students who are waiting for the announcement of JEE MAINS dates, The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025 exam dates soon. Usually, the JEE Mains 2025 is conducted in January also this year will be the same, and notification regarding the same will be published soon on the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
NTA also declared that the optional question would be removed from section B. It was introduced temporally during the COVID-19 pandemic.
NTA also released a notice announcing the changes to the JEE exam format a few days earlier. The JEE Mains 2025 exam will take place as normal as pre-COVID. Section B of Paper 1 will no longer have an optional question under the revised format. Students have to answer all five of the questions in each subject. Similarly, there won't be any optional questions in the mathematics portion of Papers 2A and 2B.
Eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2025
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria given below before filling out the JEE MAINS 2025 form:
- No age limit.
- Candidates must pass their class 12th in 2023, and 2024 or appear in 2025 with Maths and Physics as discipline subjects along with one of the following: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a Technical Vocational subject.
- Candidates can appear for the exam only thrice in consecutive years from their year of Class 12 completion.
The notification, which will be issued by the NTA very soon will contain every necessary detail about the examination, including the registration process, eligibility requirements, application fee, marking scheme, exam dates, and the documentation needed for registration.
