NEET exam is facing a lot of criticism for unfair means of conducting examinations and unscheduled publication of results. The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by 19 NEET PG applicants demanding transparency in the results declared by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Science( NBEMS) on October 25. Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee( MCC) and some state comforting panels have begun the NEET PG counselling 2024.

The NEET PG counselling 2024 of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jharkhand is in the process. However, five states Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan have stopped the NEET PG counselling for admission into MD, MS and other courses as the Apex court decision on the exam has not been conducted yet.
