IIT Madras Opens Applications for Executive MBA Programme 2024 – Apply Before October 20
Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), Department of Management Studies (DoMS), is opening applications for its two-year executive MBA program (EMBA). This program focuses on training mid-career working professionals in modern management knowledge to lead a modern business organization. Aspiring students can apply online at doms.iitm.ac.in/admission/ by October 20, 2024, as that is the last date to apply.
The offline classes for EMBA programs will be conducted on alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at the IIT Madras campus.
Candidates who have been selected will be sitting in the selection process at the IITM Campus on November 8, 9, and 10. The selection process will be based on a written aptitude test and a personal interview round, according to the IIT Madras notice.
The written test will be held based on business acumen, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and verbal aptitude. The results will be published by the third week of December 2024 and the programme will begin by January 2025, according to the official statement of IITM.

According to the official statement of IITM, “The program is tailored to fit the busy schedule of working professionals, allowing them to continue their jobs even while pursuing a degree that may promote their professional advancement and create new job chances.,”

Professor M Thenmozhi, the head of the Department of Management Studies at IIT Madras, welcomed applications for the program from candidates all over the nation and stated: "This two-year degree program will focus on building the skills and mindset to lead in today's fast-changing business world." In a fast-paced setting, this program will assist students in staying current and securing their future employment.
