Introduction
A reservation category in National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) has been added by the Consortium of National Law Universities.
“For UG and PG, the following reservations have been added. 1) EWS of Assam 2) Wards of Defense Personnel posted in Assam (The defence personnel may be from any region in India; however, posted in Assam) Eligible candidates are requested to update their reservation on the CLAT Portal.”, stated the Notice.
The registration process for CLAT 2025, for admissions to 24 NLUs and some other institutions is ongoing. The last date to register for CLAT Exam 2025 is October 15, 2024. Candidates are therefore expected to submit the CLAT application form 2025 online at the official website– consortiumofnlus.ac.in before the last date.
Steps to update CLAT 2025 Reservation Category
Follow the given steps to update the reservation category in the CLAT 2025 Form–
- Candidates will need to visit the official website– consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Login to the CLAT candidate account and click on the edit application button.
- Go to the reservation tab under NLUJA
- Answer yes to the question - Are you a domicile of Assam?
- Then, select the Reservation Category you want to claim from the given drop-down menu
Click the submit button to save changes
CLAT Exam Pattern 2025 for UG Programmes
No changes have been made in the CLAT Exam Pattern 2025 of CLAT undergraduate (UG) and CLAT postgraduate (PG) courses by the NLUs.
