KEA Invites Applications for PG Medical Admissions 2024-25
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has opened online applications for admissions to postgraduate (PG) medical courses for the academic year 2024-25. Eligible candidates who have qualified in NEET-PG 2024 can now apply for available PG Medical Degree/Diploma courses in Government Medical Colleges, Government Quota seats in Private and Minority Medical Colleges, and Private seats in Private Medical Colleges (KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK, and Private Universities) across Karnataka.
In accordance with Government Order No. HFW 882 HSH 2021, dated January 10, 2022, KEA is also accepting online applications from eligible Karnataka in-service candidates for DNB/Diploma courses. Candidates must have qualified NEET-PG 2024 to apply.
Only candidates who have secured the 50th percentile or above in NEET PG 2024 are eligible to register. Non-Karnataka candidates will not be eligible for reservation benefits and must meet the qualifying criteria for the 'GENERAL (UR)' category to apply for any seats through KEA in Karnataka. Reservation criteria apply only to Karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Online registration, application submission, and fee payment will be available from October 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM, and will close on October 5, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Details regarding the registration fee, document verification schedule, and necessary documents will be available on the KEA website.
Candidates are advised to read the Information Bulletin for PGNEET-2024, available on the KEA website, to understand eligibility requirements, seat classifications, and other admission criteria. Completing the registration process, including document verification, is mandatory for candidates to be eligible for PG medical seats in Karnataka.

Note: As per the National Medical Commission (NMC) directive dated July 24, 2023, all rounds of counseling, including the Stray Vacancy Round, will be conducted by KEA online. PG NEET qualified candidates are advised to complete registration and document verification with KEA to ensure eligibility for admission.
