Release of MICAT 2025 Details by MICA at mica.ac.in; Weightage declines for GE and PI
MICAT has announced the exam details for the year 2025 on the official website at mica.ac.in. Registration for MICAT (I) has started on September 30. Candidates who want to apply for the MICAT exam 2025 can do so till 11:50 PM on November 22. Admit cards will be issued to all candidates applying before November 22 on December 4. The first phase of the MICAT 2025 exam is going to be conducted on December 7.
Candidates can apply for the MICAT (II) exam from November 25 soon after the registration window for the first phase is closed. The deadline to apply for MICAT II is January 11 which is going to be held on January 25, 2025.

Selection criteria
Different selection parameters have different weightage which have been revised. Slight reduction has been seen in the selection weightage for GE and PI. On other hand, the weightage for exam scores have been increased.
Following is the selection criteria for MICA PGDM admissions 2025 :
- MICAT : 25%
- PI : 20%
- CAT/XAT/GMAT : 35%
- Academic performance of class 10th,12th, Graduation : 5%
- GE: 10%
- 10th :1.75%
- 12th :1.75%
- Graduation-1.5%
- Extra-Curricular activities like sports, academic diversity, gender diversity, etc.: 5%
