Kerala SET January 2025 Registration Begins: Check Eligibility Criteria & How To Apply
LBS Centre for Science and Technology has commenced the registration process for Kerala SET in January 2025. Candidates who want to apply for Kerala State Eligibility Test in January 2025 can visit the official website of LBSEDP at lbsedp.lbscentre.in.
The deadline for the registration process to apply for the examination is October 20, 2024, till midnight. The fee payment window will close on October 22, 2024and the correction window will open on October 23 and closes on October 25, 2024.
The examination for Kerala SET will consist of two papers.
- Paper I is common for all candidates which consists of two parts: Part A is for General Knowledge and Part BAptitude in Teaching.
- Paper II will be based on the subject of the candidate's specialization at the Postgraduate (PG) Level. There will be 31 subjects for Paper II. The exam duration will be of 120 minutes for each paper.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates who want to apply for the examination can check the eligibility criteria as follows:
- Candidates should have M.Sc.Ed in respective subject or M.Sc.Ed in Life Science with 50% marks or equivalent grade from any e Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by the NCERT.
- Should have Master’s Degree in Biotechnology with 50% marks and B.Ed in Natural Science.
- M.Sc.Ed with 50% marks or equivalent grade from any Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by the NCERT.
- Commerce, French, German, Geology, Home Science, Journalism, Latin, Music, Philosophy, Psychology, Russian, Social Work, Sociology, Statistics and Syriac:- B.Ed is not required

Candidates should follow the following steps given below for the process:
- Open the official website of LBSEDP at lbsedp.lbscentre.in.
- Select the Kerala SET January 2025 registration link on the home page.
- Fill in all the registration details and click on submit.
- Login to the account once done
- Fill out the application form and make the payment of the application fee.
- Submit and download the page.
- Save and print a hard copy of the same for further need.
