Supreme Court to Hear NEET PG 2024 Case on Sept 20 Amid Controversy Over Exam Transparency

Once again here is a sign of relief for the NEET candidates the honorable Supreme Court of India issued a notice to NBEMS, signifying the seriousness of the concerns raised and also scheduled to hear the much-awaited NEET PG 2024 case on 20, September,2024. The case has drawn the attention of thousands of NEET PG candidates and aspirants nationwide due to the controversy surrounding the NEET exam process, especially concerns over exam transparency and alleged wrong practices, such as a NEET paper leak. Earlier the honorable Supreme Court, on 13, September, heard the petition filed by a group of 13 neet ost graduation candidiates, that raised questions on unethical practice in exam process, including allegations of a paper leak and discrepancies in the normalization of scores. 

What Is the NEET PG Case About?

The NEET petition, which led to the Supreme Court taking up the case, was filed by a group of  NEET aspirants and activists who argue that the NEET exam transparency in recent years has been held. In the 2024 examination NEET paper leak occurred, raising questions about the integrity of the examination system. Also greatly impacted the hardwork and hopes of many student.

The petitioners have pointed out significant defects in the NEET exam process, alleging mismanagement and a lack of clear communication.
