The National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) counseling schedule for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS and BDS programs has been changed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for the year 2024. According to the updated NEET UG counseling schedule 2024, the deadline for round 2 registration has been extended to September 16. Eligible candidates who are eligible can apply on mcc.nic.in for admission to the MBBS and BDS programs.
Also, the second round of NEET UG 2024 counselling choice-filling has been extended through September 16. The NEET UG round 2 seat allotment result 2024 will be announced on September 19 after the seat allotment is finalized between September 17 and 18.

Candidates can follow these steps for doing registration for round 2:
- Visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the NEET UG Counselling 2024 link.
- Select the "Round 2 Registration" option on the homepage.
- Enter the required NEET UG 2024 credentials.
- Fill in the required details and submit the form.
- Complete the fee payment and save your receipt.
How to Fill Choices for NEET UG Round 2 Counselling?
HERE THE STEPS:
- Log in to the account on the MCC portal using the required registration details.
- Search to the choice-filling section on the homepage.
- Select and choose preferred MBBS/BDS colleges and courses.
- Save and lock the choices before the deadline.
- After the result declaration download the allotment letter.
- Candidates must report to the allotted college between 21 to 25 September 2024 with all necessary documents for verification to fix a seat in college.
