Introduction
After the cancellation of the exam scheduled on 18 June 2024, the UGC NET Re-Exam 2024 was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from 21 August to 4 September 2024. It was a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted in various cities of the country.
In total, 83 subjects were covered that focused on both core and dynamic topics. The difficulty level was moderate.
Overall, the questions were attemptable. A brief analysis of the UGC NET Re-Exam has been done below.
An interrelation between subjects was also noted. The application of ICT in research was highlighted, with questions on the various software used in research and teaching, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and teaching aids. Questions on MS Excel and other problems were also there.
