IIT Madras and National Defence College Launch Executive MBA
An Executive MBA program in 'Strategic Leadership and Public Policy' is being offered by the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) together with National Defence College (NDC), an outstanding inter-service training facility situated in New Delhi. The duration of this elite program is one year.

In India, it is the dream of every candidate to pursue his PG degree in MBA but nowadays it has become very common to pursue an MBA degree. But doing it from India top top-rated institutes such as IIT and IIM is still a very difficult task. Today, the National Defence College (NDC) and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT M) announced their collaboration to offer an Executive MBA program in "Strategic Leadership and Public Policy." IIT Madras is offering this user-focused program for a year. It will consist of 48 weeks of lecture-based coursework mixed with practical modules that include a thesis.
120 participants from the Indian Armed Forces, Indian Civil Services, Indian Police Services, and other government agencies will make up the IIT Madras program. They would be chosen following a thorough screening procedure. Officers from friendly foreign nations are also enrolled in the course.
Who can apply for the program?
Applicants must be Indian government service officials ranked at least as high as a brigadier, as well as civil and diplomatic service officers ranked as directors or joint secretaries.
