NEET PG 2024 Counselling Starts in September: Key Dates and Process Details

Neet PG Counselling Process 2024
The Medical Counselling Committee will conduct the NEET PG 2024 counselling process. This will take place online. There will be a total of four rounds- Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round and Stray Vacancy Round.
NEET PG 2024 Registration
To register, visit the official MCC website mcc.nic.in and click PG Medical Counselling. Follow the instructions and register.
Payment of NEET PG 2024 Registration
The payment of NEET PG 2024 Registration Fee has to be done online. The registration fee will be INR 1000 for AIQ seats and INR 5000 for Deemed Universities. The fee for categories like OBC/ST/SC/PH will be INR 500. This is a non-refundable fee.
NEET PG 2024 Choice Filling
While registering, students are also supposed to fill in the choice of college and course for seat allotment. Just go to ‘Choice Filling’ and click ‘New Registration’. In case you have registered already, click ‘Login’.
Now, choose the college of your choice and the course as well. You can add as many colleges. Lock your choice. The preferences cannot be changed once locked.
NEET PG 2024 Seat Allotment
50% of the seat allotment will be handled by the MCC and the state authorities will be responsible for the rest. NEET PG 2024 Seat Allotment will be done considering your NEET PG RANK, and available seats. choices filled, and reservations if any.
Reporting to Allotted Medical College
Reporting to the Allotted Medical College is as important. The students are supposed to report to the college within the given time duration.
After reporting, document verification needs to be done. Only after that will your seat be confirmed. Seat Confirmation will be done online by visiting the official MCC website.
