The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced the seat allotment results for 15% of the All India Quota on Saturday. It has since, however, eliminated the previous outcome and released an updated merit list. The final NEET UG counseling round result has been posted on MCC's website, “mcc.nic.in”.
MCC has issued the updated seat allocation results after excluding forty-three students from the counseling procedure. This comprises Central University, Deemed University, AIIMS, ESIC Medical College, AFMC Pune, and Central Nursing Institutes' assignment of MBBS seats.
The First Round of NEET UG Counseling Candidates' choices from the choice-filling phase are used to determine seat allocation. The candidates' NEET UG results, the number of applications, and the availability of seats determine the distribution of seats. Those who get seats in the first round must finish the admissions procedure's document verification. August 29 is the deadline for reserving the designated seats.
Step 1: Go to “mcc.nic.in” to access MCC's official website.
Step 2: Look for the link that reads "NEET UG Counselling Round 1 seat allotment result".
Step 3: Input your DOB and application number, then click "Submit".
Step 4: The screen will display your MBBS/BDS allotment for the NEET UG round 1.
Step 5: Verify and save it for later use.
Three rounds of NEET UG counseling will take place. To fill the open seats in each category in different colleges, a final online stray vacancy round will be held in addition to the counseling rounds. To participate in the subsequent round, candidates must re-register and complete their preferences after every round.
There are 1,12,112 MBBS seats available nationwide in total. Applicants should note that the remaining 85% of MBBS and BDS seats will be filled through state-level counseling through the All India Quota.
