COMEDK Counselling 2024: Round 3 Choice-Filling Window Opens For Over 18,900 Vacant Seats

The choice-filling/edit window for counseling round 3 for engineering degrees opened on August 26th, according to the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). To finish or modify the choice-filling process, candidates can use the official website, “comedk.org”. August 28, 2024, is the deadline for editing the favored program and college selections.

At 4 p.m. on August 30, the COMEDK round 3 allocation results will be announced. By September 2 at 2:00 PM, candidates must choose the college they have been assigned and pay the appropriate fees. The candidates are required to report at the designated colleges on August 30, 2024, between 4 p.m. and 3 p.m. on September 6, 2024.

"Only the option of "Accept and Freeze" will be available to candidates with Accept and Upgrade or Reject and Upgrade status in Round 3, they must enroll in the designated college. The COMEDK website said, "There is no way to withdraw from Round 3 and no reimbursement of the full amount paid at COMEDK.

Vacant Seats for COMEDK Counselling 2024:

In total, 18,922 places are up for grabs in engineering colleges for COMEDK Counseling 2024's third round. It will not be possible for candidates taking part in Round 3 to withdraw from the counseling or to cancel their seats. They must report to the designated college and accept the assigned seat.

Documents Required for COMEDK Counselling 2024:

1. COMEDK Admit Card.
2. Admit Card or Hall ticket information of 12/2nd PUC/Equivalent exam (If applicable).
3. PUC/12th Std or equivalent Marks Card.
4. Improvement or Supplementary/Compartment Marksheet or any other document (If applicable).
5. Date of Birth Proof of Candidate.
6. Candidate's Original ID proof.
7. Domicile Certificate.
8. SC/ST/OBC Certificate.

In addition to the documents mentioned above, candidates for the Kalyana Karnataka Region (KKR) Seat must present a Karnataka Domicile Certificate issued by the Revenue authority, not lower than the rank of Tahsildar, and a Kalyana Karnataka Region (HK region) Certificate issued by Asst. Commissioner in charge of Revenue.
