NEET UG Maharashtra 2024: Registration for counseling begins
The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell Maharashtra has begun the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024 Counselling registration process. The candidates can register by visiting the official website at “cetcell.mahacet.org”.
The registration deadline for the Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 is August 23. This counseling process is for those students seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, and BUMS courses at the state universities and colleges in Maharashtra.

- Online registration: August 17 to August 23 up to 8 pm.
- Registration fee payment: August 17 to August 23 till 11:59 pm
- Documents uploading: August 17 till August 23 up to 11:50 pm.
NEET UG Maharashtra 2024 Counseling: How to Register?
- Step 1: First visit the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org / MHT CET counseling portal.
- Step 2: After visiting, click on the link for Medical Course counseling.
- Step 3: Opt for “New Registration” and input the necessary details.
- Step 4: Sign in to finalize your application.
- Step 5: Complete the registration fee payment and select the final submission link.
NEET UG Maharashtra2024: Documents Required for Counseling
The candidates must remember that all documents uploaded online should be in PDF format and within 300 KB. The students should produce these documents during physical reporting at the allotted institutes. The following documents are mentioned below:-
- Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 Admit Card.
- Two Passport-size photographs.
- Caste certificate (if any).
- Admit card, Mark sheet, Passing certificate of Class 10.
- Admit card, Mark sheet, Passing certificate of Class 12.
During the counseling process, the candidates must state their college and course preferences, where the Maharashtra MBBS program admission will be based on these preferences, along with rank, reservations, and the availability of seats.
The candidates won’t be considered for admission, if they do not complete the online registration form. In addition, the subsequent CAP rounds schedule and AYUSH course admissions will be announced later.
