COMEDK 2024 phase 2 counseling dates revised, new timetable here

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the dates for COMEDK Round 2 Phase 2 counseling for 2024. According to the updated schedule, the deadline for seat acceptance and fee payment is now August 19 at 4 PM. Shortlisted candidates must report to their allotted colleges by August 22.

Previously, the seat acceptance last date was August 14. Candidates can complete the seat acceptance and payment process online via the official COMEDK website at comedk.org. To access the counseling process, candidates need to log in using their application number and password.

COMEDK counseling 2024: Revised Dates

The Round 2 Phase 2 allotment's decision-making and fee payment last date is August 19, 2024, at 4 pm. The candidates who have accepted and frozen their seats should report to the college by August 22, 2024, at 6 pm. In addition, the Round 1 candidates who want to cancel their seats in Round 2 Phase 2 need to submit the seat cancellation form by August 22, 2024, at 6 pm.

COMEDK counseling 2024: Steps to follow

Step 1: To complete the COMEDK counseling process, the candidates must first go to the COMEDK official website at “comedk.org” and log in using their application number and password.

Step 2: Once logged in, they must validate their allotment status and confirm seat acceptance.

Step 3: Once confirmed, they should complete the fee payment using the online payment options.

Step 4: Finally, it is advised to download the allotment letter, take a printout, and keep a hard copy of it for future reference.

COMEDK counseling 2024: Documents Required

The candidates taking part in COMEDK counseling should keep the following documents mentioned below:

1. COMEDK UGET rank and admit card.
2. COMEDK verification entry card, and fee payment receipt.
3. Class 12 mark sheet.
4. Date of birth.
5. Original ID proof for both the candidate and their parents.
6. SC, ST, or OBC certificates (if applicable).
7. A Tulu minority certificate should also be presented, if relevant.
8. Karnataka domicile certificate issued by a revenue authority, not below the rank of Tehsildar.
9. Proof of the candidate’s study in Karnataka for 7 years, including Classes 10 and 12, are also required.
10. Proof of the parent’s study in Karnataka for 7 years.
