MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: Choice filling against round 1 begins today
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will open the choice-filling window of NEET UG 2024 counselling for the first round today August 16, 2024. For the 15 per cent All India Quota, AIQ seats the candidates who registered can enter their choices at mcc.nic.in, the official website, up to 11:55 pm on August 20, 2024.
Applicants must verify and lock their college preferences from 4 pm to 11:55 pm on August 20, 2024.
Though a declaration of the number of choices is left to the candidates, MCC has strictly mentioned that they should be listed in order of preference. Seat allotment would therefore be made based on choices submitted by eligible candidates.
Further, medical aspirants have been advised by the MCC to download the 'Sandes' app to receive timely updates on NEET UG counselling.

Step 1: First visit the official website - mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: Log in using your NEET UG Roll number and password.
Step 3: Choose your preferred subjects and institutions in the desired order.
Step 4: Lock and submit your choices.
The seat allotment results for Round 1 will be released on August 23. Candidates are required to report to their allocated institutes between August 24 and 29.
This year, the MCC will conduct NEET UG counselling for AIQ seats in four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and an online stray vacancy round. Registration for Round 2 will commence on September 5 and close at noon on September 10.
