JEE Main 2025: Last Day to Edit Application Form for Session 2 at jeemain.nta.nic.in
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the JEE Main 2025 application correction window for Session 2 today, February 28, 2025, at 11:50 PM. Candidates who have registered for the exam can make the necessary modifications by visiting the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Exam Date
The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 examination is scheduled to take place between April 1 and April 8, 2025. Candidates are advised to verify their details before the deadline to avoid discrepancies during the exam.
Steps to Edit JEE Main 2025 Application Form
- Visit the official JEE Main website – jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the JEE Main 2025 application correction link under the ‘Candidate Activity’ section.
- Log in using your application number and password.
- Modify the required fields in the JEE Main 2025 application form.
- Pay the additional correction fee (if applicable).
- Submit and download the corrected form for future reference.
Changes Allowed in JEE Main 2025 Application Form
For Candidates Who Applied for Both Sessions 1 & 2
Candidates registered for JEE Main Session 1 (October 28 – November 22, 2024) and Session 2 (February 2 – February 25, 2025) can modify the following details:
- Course
- Medium of the question paper
- State code of eligibility
- Gender, Category, and Sub-category (PwD status)
- Examination cities (based on availability)
- Educational qualification details (Class 10 & 12)
- Fee payment (if applicable)
Note: Changes in these fields will be applied only after the payment of an additional fee, if applicable.
For Candidates Who Applied Only for JEE Main 2025 Session 2
Certain fields cannot be changed, including:
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Permanent and present address
- Emergency contact details
- Photograph of the candidate
However, candidates can modify any one of the following:
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Candidate’s Name
Additionally, they can modify/add the following details:
- Educational qualification (Class 10 & 12)
- State code of eligibility
- Date of birth
- Gender & Category
- PwD/Sub-category status
- Signature
- Choice of Paper
Important Instructions
- Candidates must review their application carefully before submission.
- Any correction that requires an additional fee should be paid within the stipulated time.
- After 11:50 PM on February 28, 2025, no modifications will be allowed.
