JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application correction to open on February 27; know what to edit
JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 application edit window facility on February 27, 2025. The Agency noted in a notification that it has received several requests from applicants looking to modify their information in the online application form. In light of this, the Agency will now close the facility at 11:50 p.m. on February 28, 2025.
Candidates who applied for JEE Main 2025 Session 2 including those who applied for Session 1 and later registered for Session 2 are eligible for this opportunity. NTA has advised us to thoroughly check their information before submission because this is a one-time correction facility.
Students can visit the official website, "jeemain.nta.nic.in", to edit or modify their applications. If necessary, there may be an extra charge for field corrections.
Fields Eligible for Modification in JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Application
Candidates can modify the following if they have already registered and applied for Session 2 (February 2 to 25, 2025):
- Gender.
- Category.
- Educational Qualification Details (Class 10 & 12).
- State Code of Eligibility.
- Course (Paper).
- Medium of Question Paper.
- Examination Cities (as per available options).
- Fee Payment (if applicable).
Fields that can be changed once
- Father’s Name.
- Mother’s Name.
- Candidate’s Name.
Fields that cannot be changed
- Candidate’s Photograph.
- Mobile Number.
- Email Address.
- Emergency Contact Details.
- Permanent and Present Address.
Additional Editable Fields
- Date of Birth.
- Sub-category/PwD.
- Signature.
- Paper Selection.
Depending on their present and permanent address, candidates could also modify the city and exam medium they choose.
