CLAT 2025 Result Hearing on Jan 30, Delhi High Court To Decide CLAT Result To Be Revised or Not

The Delhi High Court is expected to consider the petition on the CLAT 2025 result on January 30, 2025. Applicants had expressed worry over inconsistencies in the CLAT answer key 2025, claiming mistakes that would have affected the calculation of the results. The petitioners are requesting that the answer key be reexamined and the CLAT 2025 final result computation be adjusted.

In their defense, the CLAT Consortium and National Law University (NLU) representatives will claim that the testing procedure was transparent and fair. The CLAT 2025 result and subsequent counseling schedule may be impacted by the conclusion of this hearing.

Aditya Singh, a candidate challenging the 2025 Common Law Admission Test (CLAT-UG) results, had previously told the Delhi High Court that he planned to petition the Supreme Court to have his case transferred from the High Court to the top court.

Since similar instances are pending in other High Courts, Singh's lawyer informed the Bench, which was composed of Justice Tushar Rao Gedela and Acting Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru, that they would ask the Supreme Court to consider and merge these cases. The case was then postponed until January 30 by the Division Bench.
