The CLAT 2025 results are under judicial scrutiny after discrepancies were identified in the final answer key. On December 20, 2024, the Delhi High Court directed the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) to revise the results based on errors in Set A of the question paper. The court mandated changes in answers for questions 14 and 100, leading to a potential revision of the merit list.
The Consortium plans to appeal the High Court's decision in the Supreme Court. In an official statement, the Consortium stated that the CLAT 2025 final answer key was created by experts after rigorous evaluation, and further delays are impacting the counselling schedule.
Counselling Delays: The release of the first admission list, initially scheduled for December 26, has been postponed. A revised counselling calendar will be announced after the SC proceedings.
