UGC NET December 2024: Exam Starts Jan 3, Subject-Wise Schedule Out

The National Testing Agency, NTA has released the UGC NET December 2024 subject-wise examination schedule. Candidates who want to appear for UGC NET December examination can check the schedule on the official website of UGC NET at ugcnet.nta.ac.in 

“The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct UGC – NET December 2024 for (i) ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, (ii) ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD’ and (iii) ‘admission to PhD only’ for 85 subjects in CBT, mode from 03rd January 2025 to 16th January 2025”, read the official notice. 

UGC NET December 2024 Exam Pattern 

The UGC NET December 2024

The examination shall be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The Test paper will consist of two sections. Both sections will consist of objective-type, multiple-choice questions. There will be no break between the papers. The medium of the Question Paper shall be English & Hindi only, except for language papers. The examination will be conducted from 3 to 16 January 2025.
