VITREE 2025 Registration Deadline Extended: Apply by November 27
The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has now extended the date of registration for the Vellore Institute of Technology Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) 2025 till November 27. Candidates who are interested and have not yet applied are advised to fill the VITREE 2024 registration form by visiting the official website at admissions.vit.ac.in.
Earlier, the deadline to apply for VITREE 2025 was November 25, 2024. According to the schedule, the VITREE 2025 exam will commence on December 7, 2024.
The VITREE exam is conducted to get admission to various PhD, Direct PhD programmes in the VIT group of Institutions. The institute will conduct a personal interview round for students who pass the entrance exam. According to the official authorities, the VITREE results 2025 will be announced on December 20, 2024.
VITREE 2025 exam pattern
The duration for VITREE 2025 examination will be 2 hours and cover Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) only.
- Each correct answer will award 1 mark, while
- incorrect answers will receive 0 marks.
- The PhD question paper have 100 MCQs which will be divided into three sections:
- 70 Technical questions
- 15 questions on English Communication Skills and
- 15 questions on Statistics and Probability.
The Direct PhD question paper will contain 100 MCQs, but with 80 Technical questions and 20 questions on English Communication Skills. VITREE 2025 application fee
The application fee for VITREE 2025 is Rs 1,200. Candidates who are interested in applying for the VIT Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) must have to pay this fee to complete the application process. The payment can be done online through various modes like credit, debit cards, net banking, or other online payment methods.
