CAT 2024 Exam Concludes: Key Updates on Answer Key and Result Dates

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta conducted the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 yesterday, November 24. The CAT exam 2024 was conducted in three sessions over various examination centers in 175 cities across India.

This year more than 3.29 students registered for the CAT 2024 exam.

The IIM CAT 2024 exam was held for 120 minutes for normal students and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates 160 minutes were given to write the exam. Students had 40 minutes to complete each section of the exam (PwD students had 53 minutes and 20 seconds). The CAT 2024 exam had three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability.

 

CAT 2024 Final Answer Key

IIM Calcutta will release the CAT 2024 answer key on their official website, iimcat.ac.in. Using this provisional answer key, students can estimate their scores by comparing their answers with the key. The institute will allow students to raise objections about the provisional answer key, and the final version will be created after reviewing these challenges.

It is expected that IIM Calcutta announce the CAT 2024 results, in the second week of January 2025. The CAT 2024 scores will used for admission at IIMs and other participating business schools. Many institutes have their selection steps like:
