CMAT 2025 Registration Eligibility, Marking Scheme, and Deadline Details

Introduction

The registration process for the Common Management Entrance Test (CMAT) 2024 is underway. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is accepting applications online. Candidates can register on the official website– exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT.

The last date to pay the exam fee is 14 December 2024. Application Correction window will open on 15 December and close on 17 December 2024.

The CMAT 2025 Admit Card will be released on 20 January 2025.

CMAT 2025: Marking Scheme

The Marking scheme for the CMAT 2025 has been given below–

Each question carries 4 marks.
Candidates will earn 4 marks for every correct answer.
1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Unanswered or unattempted questions will receive no marks.
To respond to a question, candidates must select one correct option.
If the Answer Key is challenged and revised, candidates will only receive marks for answers that align with the updated key.
If multiple correct options are identified, marks will be awarded accordingly.
If a question is removed due to a technical issue, all candidates will be awarded full marks for that question, regardless of whether they attempted it.

CMAT 2025: Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria for the CMAT 2025 have been given below–

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Final-year students with a Bachelor's degree, with results expected before the start of the 2025-26 academic year, may also apply.
Candidates must be Indian citizens.
There is no age limit for appearing in CMAT 2025.
