NEET PG Counselling 2024: MCC Extends Round 1 Choice Filling Till November 18
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 Round 1 Choice-Filling filing deadline has been extended by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The last date to fill in preferences is 18 November 2024. Candidates can fill their college and course choices on the official website– intramcc.nic.in. Seat Allotment Result will be declared on 20 November 2024. The results will be based on merit, seat availability, preferences, cut-offs etc.
Candidates can enter as many choices as they want. Note that choices need to be submitted in the order of preference. Seat Allotment will be done based on the order of preferences filled in by the candidates.
Steps for NEET PG Round 1 Choice Filling
Follow the given steps to fill in college and course choices for NEET PG 2024–
- Candidates will have to visit the official website– intramcc.nic.in.
- Click on the ‘Round 1 Choice Filling’ Link.
- Enter login credentials.
- Enter your college and course choices.
- Click ‘save and next’ and lock your choices.
What is NEET?
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to various Medical Colleges in India.
Registration for NEET PG 2024 Round 1 started on 20 September 2024. The counselling is for admissions to All India Quota (AIQ) seats in Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and postgraduate programs. Various medical institutions in India give admissions based on the NEET Scores. Seat Allotment Results will be declared on 20 November.
