Departments & Courses at Xavier Institute of Management

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM): 

Duration: Two years, fully residential.

Mode: Full-time.

Intake: 120 students are admitted.

Curriculum: The PGDM program offers a variety of electives in addition to studying core areas in a trimester-based system. Through simulations, industry-focused projects, and case studies, it places a strong emphasis on practical learning.

Specializations: Students can choose from a variety of specializations within the PGDM degree, including business analytics, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations.

Internship Program: Students are required to participate in a two-month Summer Internship Program (SIP), which gives them practical experience in real-world corporate settings.

Eligibility & Admissions at Xavier Institute of Management: 

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category).

Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for their final year examination and awaiting results may also apply. However, they must complete the degree exam before June 25, 2024, and submit the degree certificate with at least 50% aggregate by September 30, 2024.

Backlog: Candidates with uncleared backlog papers in graduation are not eligible to apply.
