Eligibility Criteria

MBA in Banking and Finance:

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (relaxed to 45% for SC/ST/EWS candidates).
  • Must obtain a valid score in the SNAP entrance exam.
  • Candidates with foreign degrees must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Certificate Program in Banking, Finance, and Insurance (CPBFI):

  • Applicants should have completed their Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized institution.

Admission and Selection Process:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have completed (or be in the final year of) an undergraduate degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/EWS candidates).
  • Applicants with foreign degrees must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SNAP:

  • Candidates must register for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) through the official SNAP website.
  • The registration fee for SNAP is INR 2,250.
  • After registering for SNAP, candidates must fill out the online application form for SSBF and pay an application fee of INR 1,000.
  • Candidates must appear for the SNAP test on the scheduled dates, which typically happen in December.
  • SNAP results are announced in January, and candidates must check their scores to determine eligibility for further rounds.

Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI):

Qualified candidates based on SNAP scores will be invited for GD and PI rounds, which assess communication skills, personality, and suitability for the program.

Final Selection:

The final selection is based on a combination of SNAP scores, performance in GD and PI, and overall academic record. There is no predetermined cut-off for SNAP; it is determined after the GD/PI process.
