All India Bar Examination or AIBE is a very significant examination for students who are pursuing Law, in India. The exam is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). This examination is necessary for those who wish to start their practice as a Lawyer. The form of the exam is Open Book Examination and the exam is conducted across fifty cities.
The purpose of the AIBE exam is to further evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge of aspiring Lawyers and decide whether they meet the standards to practice Law in the country. The exam is conducted twice a year.
What is new in AIBE 2024 Syllabus?
The AIBE XIX (19) 2024 syllabus has introduced some new and notable elements and updates.
The new topics or subjects that are introduced are as follows:
- Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita
- Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita
- Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam
Therefore, the AIBE 2024 exam consists of nineteen Law subjects and hundred multiple choice questions.
