What is the MICAT Exam?
The Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) conducts an entrance exam MICA Admission Test (MICAT) for the admission of students in PGP courses such as the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), and Post Graduate Diploma in Management Communication (PGDM-C).
The exam is a computer-based test conducted twice a year, in almost 48 cities across the country. The MICA conducts the exam in two phases, where the first phase of the exam will be held on December 7th, 2024. The application for the second phase i.e. MICA II was released on 25 November 2024, and the deadline to register is January 11, 2025.

The MICAT exam is conducted in 3 sections, namely section A, B, C. the exam has sectional timings. The details of the sections and number of questions appearing in each section and time allotted for each section are as follows:

MICAT Admit Card 2025
The MICAT admit Card will be released on the official website of the MICA, Ahmedabad. The admit card for the MICAT phase I exam will be released on 4th December 2024. The candidates have to download the admit card form by logging in to the official website. The candidates have to check the details printed on the admit card. In case any discrepancies found, they have to immediately contact the authorized officials for rectification.
The admit card for MICAT phase II will be released on 22 January 2025. The students have to download and take a print out of the admit cards for further use on the exam day.
It is mandatory for the candidates to carry their admit card to the exam centers on the day of exam. Without the admit card, the candidate will not be able to appear in the exam. The admit card will be necessary during the admission process as well.
MICAT Scores 2025
The MICAT results will be released on the official website of the MICA, Ahmedabad. The candidates have to check and download the scores card on the specified date from the official website. The MICAT phase I score will be released on 20th December 2024 and MICAT phase II score will be released on 14 February 2025. The list of candidates shortlisted for GE/PI will be released once the scores of MICAT phase I and MICAT phase II are released. The shortlisted candidates have to appear for the GE & PI in the respective centers.
MICA Selection Process 2025
The selection process for the PGP courses in MICA, Ahmedabad are based on the MICAT scores along with the students' performance in Group Exercise & Personal Interview, also the Candidates score in either of the exams such as CAT/XAT/GMAT. The Merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidate in each section of the MICAT exam, score of XAT/CAT/CMAT, and also performance of the candidate in GE & PI.

The offer letter will be sent to the candidates on the final merit list. The candidate has to accept the offer letter within the deadline, if not accepted the candidate name will be cancelled from the admission list.
