IIM Amritsar is one of the newest additions to the IIM family in India. It was established in 2015 by the Ministry of Education under the aegis of the Government of Punjab. The institute is located in the vibrant city of Amritsar with its rich cultural heritage, its historical landmarks, and the iconic Golden Temple of Faith. IIM Amritsar aims to provide world-class education in management. It functions from a temporary Punjab Institute of Technology campus and plans for a permanent campus in place.
The IIM Amritsar offers a full-time MBA and executive MBA. It is an all-inclusive program designed to equip students with pertinent skills and insights that make them capable of achieving success in various sectors. The Curriculum is well in tune with the requirements of industry and places strong emphasis on experiential learning through several clubs and committees which makes the approach all the more entrepreneurial towards the students.
