GATE 2025 Statistics (ST) Detailed Syllabus PDF Download

The GATE 2025 syllabus for Statistics is divided into 9 sections: Calculus, Matrix Theory, Probability, Stochastic Process, Estimation, Testing of Hypothesis, Nonparametric Statistics, Multivariate Analysis, and Regression Analysis. All of the graduate-level core disciplines are covered in this syllabus, with the exception of engineering mathematics. Among all the topics, Probability holds the most significance as it accounts for about 20% of the total marks in the GATE exam.
