HARYANA NEET UG COUNSELLING 2024:

The Haryana NEET UG Counselling process for the session 2024-25 is conducted by the Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER). The state has released the schedule for NEET UG 2024 Counselling process and the qualifying candidates will be securing seats into MBBS and BDS courses. The Department of Medical Education and Research will further conduct the counselling process in three rounds. The schedule for the first round of counselling was released on July 4, 2024. The process is expected to last till November, 2024. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their NEET UG 2024 score, reservation and seat availability.

HARYANA NEET UG 2024 OVERVIEW

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, has released the seat allotment for first round of NEET UG 2024 Counselling, on August 27. Candidates can check their list of alloted colleges and thereby report to the institutions respectively. Number of available seats  for the MBBS course is 1835 and 950 for the BDS course, in the state of Haryana. DMER, Haryana conducts admissions for 85% of state quota seats in government and government-aided colleges. Whereas, counselling for the remaining 15% of All India Quota(AIQ) seats will be conducted by Directorate General of Health Services(DGHS) on behalf of MCC. HARYANA NEET UG 2024 COUNSELLING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates must fulfill the following specifications for admission into MBBS and BDS courses. A detailed list of factors for qualifying into Haryana NEET UG 2024 Counselling is given below:

  1. Candidates must be of seventeen years of age, as of December 31, 2024.
  2. Candidates must possess Indian Citizenship. 
  3. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as main subjects from a recognized board of education.
  4. Candidates must have a domicile certificate.
  5. Candidates must have qualified for NEET 2024.

HARYANA NEET UG 2024 COUNSELLING RESERVATION CRITERIA: 

The seat distribution for the counselling process is based on the following reservation percentages:

HARYANA NEET UG 2024 COUNSELLING REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  1. Online Registration: Candidates have to initially register online on the official CET Counseling website. Stay updated to the registration period and exact dates announced by the CET Cell, Maharashtra. 
  2. Creating Account: If you are visiting the website for the first time, you are required to create an account, by clicking on the sign-up link on the counselling portal.  The account can be created by entering the details being asked for. These include name, contact information, and NEET roll number.
  3. Logging in : After you are done creating an account, Log in using your credentials (username and password). If you are already registered, use the login section to access your account.
  4. Fill in the Registration Form: As you login, an interface asking you to fill the form comes-up. You need to fill your:
  1. Upload Documents: As progressing in the process, you will need to upload scanned copies of several documents. These typically include:
  1. Payment of Registration Fee: You are now required to fill a non-refundable registration fee. The payment methods available for the fees include various methods such as debit/credit card, net banking, or other available payment options.
  2. Submit the Registration Form: Once you finish up filling in all the required information and uploading documents, review your form. After thoroughly inspecting all the details, you can submit the form. 
  3. Print Confirmation: After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation of registration. Download and print this confirmation for your records.
  4. Documents verification: After online registration, you will need to attend the document verification process at designated centres. The details on locations and schedules would be provided on the official website. You have to bring all original documents and photocopies to the verification centre.

The registration fee for the counselling process is non-refundable and it differs according to the reservation categories:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HARYANA NEET UG 2024 COUNSELLING:

The following list contains the number of documents that are required to be submitted by the candidates during Haryana NEET UG Verification process:

  1. Marksheets of class 10 and 12.
  2. Domicile certificate (if applicable).
  3. Caste certificate (if applicable).
  4. PWD certificate (if applicable).
  5. Certificate of EWS (if applicable).
  6. Income certificate (if applicable).
  7. Affidavit to certify minority status.
  8. copy of NEET application form for Haryana MBBS 2024 counseling. 
  9. Allotment letter. 
  10. Any two valid photo ID proofs (Aadhaar card/PAN   card/Driving license/Passport/voter ID /Ration card).
  11. Recent passport-sized photographs (four).
  12. NEET Admit card.

The Haryana NEET UG rank list is an essential list that holds the roll number of candidates eligible for admission based on their NEET score. The seat allotment result for the first round of counselling process was declared on August 27, 2024. And in the Round 1 Merit List, a total of 6,745 candidates were allotted seats according to their ranks and preferences.
