TAMIL NADU NEET COUNSELING 2024
The Tamilnadu NEET UG Counseling process for the session 2024-25 is conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu. The body is responsible for managing the counseling process for 85% of the medical and dental seats in the state. Documents required for TN Medical Dental Counseling 2024:
The Tamil Nadu NEET UG Dental Counseling process will allow candidates to take admission into the BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). There are approximately 2,873 BDS seats available across various dental Institutions in the state of Tamil Nadu. A total of 29 dental colleges are participating in the counseling process. The option Entry window for round 2 of Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counseling 2024 is open from September 14 to September 16, 2024. They key details for option entry are as follows:
- Candidates who have registered for Round 2 of the counseling process can log in into the official portal and select their preferred courses and colleges in order of preference.
- Candidates are advised to fill in their choices carefully as their allotment will be based on those choices only.
- After selecting the options, candidates must lock their choices by September 16, 2024. No changes can be made after locking.

- Candidates will login using their application number and password.
- The follow up window will lead to the list of colleges and courses selected by the candidates.
- Candidates can edit or rearrange their choices by dragging and dropping their courses or colleges in their desired order. The changes made must be saved.
- On the last day of option entry, candidates can lock their choices by 3 p.m. Once locked, no further changes can be made.
